i know i should “just lift” or stop “being a pxxxy”. ya ya ya. Whatever. Anyways, why is it so painful to lift? What do i do to get back into lifting and taking care of my health and physique? Thanks for the real responses.
btw, im 28 5 foot 8 and i weight 170. i should weight 150 and have more muscle mass. meaning i should have 30 lbs less fat and 10 lbs more muscle. or something like that. Any guidance would help. Thank you.
