Advice for Clomid Monotherapy?

I froze mine and off the top of my head it was expensive, but I also live downtown NYC where everything is overpriced. It was something like $500 out-of-pocket for the consultation, then $2000 out-of-pocket for the go-forward payment, then they issue a ton of other inflated medical bills direct to your medical insurance company, to which your insurance usually considers it out-of-network and mails you a bunch of checks for a portion of the billings that you forward directly the doctor’s office. I explain this last part because the total billings was some scary amount like $6000 but I only saw $2500 of it. You can freeze for varying periods of time (5 years, 10 years, etc.), which comes at varying costs. They also usually have a backup facility so samples are cryo-frozen in 2 separate locations (you should confirm this).

You can also check with your work health insurance plan to see if they can cover any of it. Many guys freeze before chemotherapy/disease treatment/etc. Plans cover women’s fertility treatment so maybe some have a clause for men.

Other tidbits: The initial $500 includes a test to make sure your boys are swimming, before you commit to storing a sample. For the storage part, you have to go in and give multiple samples (they provide 1990’s porn dvd’s for help). Some of these offices also offer TRT and will try to get you to switch from your current provider. Be ready for some sales pitches.

I appreciate this info! Thank you

Nobody said anything even close to that

I haven’t seen any other suggestions other than TRT & HCG

Unfortunately this is the only solution with high success rate
