Let me start off by saying that I’m 18 years old, 5’ 7" and weight around 159lbs. About two months ago I been slowly working out in the evenings by doing push ups, low weight high rep bicep curls, and a few pull ups.
It slowly has been paying off, but since I don't do a full complete workout, the effects of the work outs are just trickling in. I'm not fat nor skinny. My question is what other exercises can I do at home to build a little bulk in my upper body, and mainly tone it. I had to give up jogging as part of the regular routine around 3 weeks ago because my schedual is becoming more hectic.
I have only around 70lbs of free weights at my disposal at my house, so any advice on resistant training would help. My goals are toness more so then bulk, but either would be an improvement.
