Advice for a Friend


I have a friend who is for lack of a better term is an "Ox", big dude big muscles and last week he suffered a complete tear of his left Pec, he was on his 4th rep of bench doing 405, Long story short this is his first injury so he was asking my advice, once he is cleared to start lifting again what kind of reps/sets will, 1)get him rehabbed fastest and 2) help him get back close to his previous routine?
Any suggestions would be great.


I’d suggest asking this question over in “Strength Sports” and putting “pec tear” in the title. Probably get better response over there.
