If you do multiple exercises per muscle group, can you introduce advanced tension techniques (negatives, drop sets, isometric hold, etc) with each exercise or only the last one. For example, biceps for me looks like:
Hammer standing DB
Reverse ez bar
Preacher ez bar
So can I introduce tension techniques at each exercise as long as I can meet weight/reps with the subsequent exercises?
Of note-I tend to handle high volume very well and respond to that more than weight increases in general and rarely seem to feel overtained and i superset these with core exercises to give the biceps some rest.
