I grabbed your advanced eternal warrior program; day 1 kicked my butt - very different from what I’ve been doing lately, so it’s perfect.
Two quick questions:
- When I travel, I will have a tough time finding the mace/ club. Can I substitute with maybe a landmine rotation/ press?
- An early page alludes to active recovery recommendations, but I’m not finding them (probably me): do I just do whatever easy-ish cardio for an hour on those days?
