Have you found the extended set at end of cluster to be more effective than separating them into a HDL section (like layers)?
Not looking for black/white answer just understand difference in applications and when works best.
Last q, is recovery with this sort of training more/less than more traditioanl styles vs. crossfit vs. olifting, and can we use it high frequency/long term?
Thinking something like one main lift 6x a week along with an assitance exercise (straight sets, or use same style)?
