Advanced Ab Training

I’m looking for a three (3) day per week advanced ab training program that is primarily based upon lower rep ranges (8-15) and additional weight (as compared to body weight exercises). Can anybody point me in the right direction.

Before anyone suggests it, I have used the search function but I didn’t find what I was looking for.
