Advanced 531 2 Days a Week

I just ran a cycle of 531 option 2 with the spinal tap training layout from the book.
It worked pretty well lifts went up. Anyway I was thinking of giving this layout a try
to work on speed and form. I would like some feedback or suggestions for this template.

Monday
Advanced 531 squat and bench

Wednesday
Advanced 531 dead lift and press

So any thoughts?

Hey man, not Jim but I ran "advanced" for a while with good success and liked it. But don't underestimate the 5 work sets. They are harder than you may think. I say that because doing two main exercises per workout + the assistance might be tough. Try it and let us know.
