Adjusting my 3 Day 531 Template

Jim -

I decided to run 531. I’ve read the whole book again and have an understanding of the principles. I was hoping you could adjust or give me some advice on my template so I make sure I’m not over doing it. What do you think? How would you change it?

MONDAY
-Snatch (Heavy Singles)
-Back Squat 531 + FSL
-Bench Press 531 + FSL
-Rows 50-100 total reps
-Ab Wheel 5x20

WEDNESDAY
-Squat Clean (Heavy Doubles)
-Deadlift 531 + FSL
-Chin Ups 50-100 total reps
-Hanging Leg Raises 5x20

FRIDAY
-Clean & Jerk (Heavy Singles)
-Front Squat 531 + FSL
-Overhead Press 531 + FSL
-Rows 50-100 total reps
-Weighted Decline Situp 5x20
