Adjust Training Because of Travel

Hi coach. I usually train 5 times pero week with wednesday and sunday of rest using an Upper-Lower-Push-Pull-Legs scheme, but next week I have to travel from wednesday to sunday.

What’s the best option to do? Do upper-lower this week 6 times and monday and tuesday to compensate the weekly volume or just do ir normal and rest?
The next week is supposed to be the week with more volume of the month before a deload. I deload every 4th week.

What I would do (and often have to o because it is a situation that sometimes happen to me) is increase VOLUME this week so that your traveling week will become a deload.
