Adducter Trouble

Hey, I just strained my left adducter badly doing BJJ. I have a comp coming up and I'm just seeing if any other grapplers have had this problem and if so what did they use to speed their recovery.

At present I am struggling to hold a closed guard!! Thanks

Try sumo deadlifts and side lunges with lighter weights.

Is this a strength problem or an injury?
