What would be some ways to add extra weight to a lat pulldown machine that do not involve adding plates to it? Pull ups are not an option in my case since I cant obtain the targeting I wanted to.
Plates are not an option because they are to thick to be stuck.
Is this a rhetorical question then? You took out all possible answers. Are you doing a lat pull down properly, not like most of the guys at my gym that swing down to get the weight stack up? My answer would be start using one arm. Or learn how activate your lats by doing a proper pull up if your not obtaining the targeting you want.
