Adding Weight in Look Like a Bodybuilder

Hi coach and hi folks, I would like to know if it would be a good idea to add weight each weight in the Look like a Bodybuilder, perform like an Athlete program or if I just focus on lifting the same weights faster. Thanks!

I’m not clear on your question but if you’re asking about adjusting weight from session to session, it’s built in the program based on your max training weight. It’s zigzags.
