O.K. I just purchased my first go of Surge. Previous to this my post workout drink consisted of gatorade, creatine, and glutamine, half an hour later I would down my protein drink, get home and eat a good meal. Are any of you mixing extra glutamine and any creatine to Surge?? Also with it containing protein should I skip my post workout shake and just up the protein in my meal when I get home???
Adding plain powdered creatine is fine. I wouldn’t add the extra glutamine though. Drink 1 scoop mixed in with ~32 oz. of water and 5g of creatine during training and another immediately after.
