Anyone add Superfood to their Surge? I only take in one shake a day and dumping a scoop into my post- (or pre-, if I order some Surge Workout Fuel) seems like the best way to get it done. Thoughts?
If not using a blender, it’s helpful to, in a different container, premix Superfood with another powder such as Surge by shaking the dry powders and then adding the mixture, rather than adding the Superfood directly to the water. It just mixes a little easier that way. Avoids clumping of the Superfood.
Myself, I take it with Power Drive, but with Surge certainly would be fine.
Just don’t mix Superfood with the rootbeer Surge. Trust me. And no, it wasn’t obvious to me that it would be disgusting.
