Going to run westside for skinny bastard but I want to improve on my Oly lifts as well. What would be the best way to add them in? I have limited experience but my form isn’t an issue.
I would suggest one or another. Westside programs are ready and proven.
I you want to o-lift. Do some program with o-lifts. 5/3/1 is one good strength program where they can be added (not to every variation thought). For specific weightlifting training, check out the catalyst athletics.
