I’m in the Delayed Entry Program for the Marine Corps waiting to hear back about an officer scholarship. I have good muscular endurance because I average a 291 on my PFT but I am wanting to put on more muscle mass and strength. Could you give me some advice, all I have are dumbells, a pullup bar, and a 75lb punching bag
How heavy are your dumbells?
I can get them up to 30lbs, after that there isn’t enough room to add anymore weight
