Adding L-Leucine To Surge Recovery?

I s there any benefit to adding a 5 g. scoop of L-Leucine to my Surge Recovery drinks, as they already contain 4 g./serving? Should I save the L-Leucine for solid meals and my other protein shakes?



Since there’s quite a bit of BCAAs in Surge already I don’t think you’ll get the desired effect. L-Leucine is effective by itself, mixed with other BCAAs it doesn’t boost anabolism in quite the same way.
