Adding Hard Conditioning to Krypteia?

I know Jim doesnt recommend hard conditioning on this program. Had anyone added in some prowler work to the program? If so, on off days or lifting days?


Remember that you don’t need to do everything at once. I would recommend just doing Krypteia as written, and if you want to do prowler work then just pick a template that supports that goal after you’re done with Krypteia. Running Krypteia will not leave you in worse shape than when you started.


drop the 5x10 for 5x5 and I think it said somewhere to do the hard conditioning on training days
