Adding Girth to Shoulders


I am having a difficult time adding girth to my shoulders. I don't really want them to get much wider...but i want to add some size to them. I usually do military presses, push press, side raise, upright rows etc. 3 to 4 sets of 10-12 reps.

Any tips on how to add some size?


Less reps per set, more sets, more weight.
