Adding Fish To Diet

If I wanted to add a considerable amount more fish in my diet, which kinds would be the best if I wanted to avoid high mercury levels?

Thanks

I personally think worrying about mercury levels is a bunch of hooey. Eat some tuna, alskan cod, haddock, salmon, talipia.

Vary the type–vary the source

avoid the outlet pipe by the reactor site

It depends. Salmon, catfish, and flounder are the three best in my opinion.I eat a lot of fish.Great source of protein.Fish is the perfect food.Food is perfect for any diet(low carb, high carb, low fat, high protein, balanced). [quote]MarcAnthony wrote:
