Hey Paul, I really like this set-up just a quick question, on days when I can spend more than 30 minutes how should I program in more exercises?
That’s an incredibly vague question. I don’t know your goals.
Body composition(lose fat,Muscle gain/retention), I want to look better while in caloric deficit while maximizing my time in the gym because of a busy schedule.
Well again, you’d have to be more specific than that.
“I want to gain mass” is not a specific goal.
“I want to be leaner” isn’t either.
I can’t offer any recommendations without specifics.
