Adding Carbs

I’m always working evening (15-23) so training is 10 o’clock, breakfast with all macros at 8. But I have an upcoming week working dayshift (7-15) so training at 17. So the question is, when should I start adding carbs? I always beleaved having all macros in the breakfast, but is now starting to doubt?

have them after you get off work and after your workout.
