Hey guys, I just laid my hands on a bottle of MD6. I would like to use it as a workout intensifier as well as a fat-loss agent. I know the optimum dosage of caffeine is probably around 200mg. Should I add additional caffeine to MD6?
Bill Roberts mentions in the hard copy of T-Mag that it would be more beneficial to add 100mg or so of caffeine to a dose of MD-6 (2 caps) for fat loss. Depending on how you tolerate this, then you may want to use it as a workout intensifier as well. I would take it for a test drive before I decided to use it before a workout, though.
When dieting, I personally use 200 mg caffeine
a couple of times per day, in addition to the MD6.
