Ok, first of all, I’m an idiot. I got an Adderall pill from my brother’s girlfriend today to help me stay focused during my 4 hour lecture. (Trust me I will get Spike when I can afford it) However, I totally didn’t even think about what makes Adderall do what it does.

I am in the process of trying to get a new job, I have a 2nd interview on Friday morning. Assuming I have a drug test on Friday afternoon, will this be out of my system by then since I only took it this one time? If not, what would be a valid foolproof excuse for why I would test positive for whatever it is(stimulant or methamphetamine not sure how that works)

I am by no means an expert, but my roommate does have a presciption. Adderall does show up in drugs tests as an amphetamine (it’s an amphetamine salt). He has been called into question for testing positive before. I believe it stays in your system for around 3-5 days, longer if they do hair samples.

You can try some of those “flush your system” drinks if you are worried about it, not sure if those work too well though.
