Added Benefit Sleeping After WO?

Hey guys, quick question. Is there any added benefit/cost to sleeping RIGHT (an hour later) after working out? Your comments appreciated.

i wake up with mad boners if i workout, hit the showers, and then crash for a few hours.

Depending on my schedule I nap before I workout.

I’ve never bought into it. I’m sure it helps with recovery a bit, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to schedule a nap.

Chances are your nap won’t be long enough to hit REM for any extended period of time, which, depending on what research you choose to believe, means no GH is being released.

But if you’ve got some time, what the hey, hit the hay.

Those of you who nap during the day–how the hell do you fall asleep? I would love to be able to crawl under my desk and sleep on command in the middle of the day.
