Added 50lbs to My DL This Evening

Dont post that much but def read alot

never really took the eating thing seriously so 6 weeks ago upped my daily intake to on average 3750 cals

started working on form with rack pulls

i wasnt intending to try them for another 6 weeks but i couldnt use the rack so thought why not

managed to work up 5X5 150 warmup, 225, 250, 275, 300, then 325 - no problems at all

couldnt believe it

im guessing the pull ups, bent over rows and t-bar rows that ive also started doing at the same time have helped

if you havent tried give it a shot
