So I've been using Rhodiola Rosea for the past couple months following the 3 weeks on/1 week off suggestion and I've noticed that on my off weeks, I truly feel 'Off.' I feel like crap (tired, sore, foggy mentally).
My sleeping/eating/work outs remain the same. Same with the supplements (15 grams fish oil, multi-vitamin, Surge Workout Fuel, creatine, and Power Drive post-workout).
I was wondering if I should add in either ZMA to my supplements (have used before and enjoyed the results) or if I should maybe take another adapotgen (like ginseng) on my week off from Rhodiola.
