Ok, long time lurker… yada yada yada…
I’ve been lifting, learning for about 2 years. Worst me was 230 all fat on 6’1".
I’ve been down to 190, but that was when all I did was run and not lift.
I have nothing huge to brag, but I’m currently at about 225x5 Sq, 275x5 D, and 185x5 B.
I have set the goal of a sub 8 minute mile on the track, and a couple strict pull ups
I currently can do the mile in about 10 and pulls are about 8 with 90 lbs assistance.
Any advice in actually getting to one of the goals I set for myself?
