Activity Level for BMR

What would you guys say my activity level is if I lift twice a week (training to increase vert) for 1-3 hours with squats, deadlifts, bench, plyos, abs, etc, and then the other 5 days I rest and basically play videogames, practice guitar, occasionally go on walks or shoot hoops, and just hang out with friends and such? Im doing this to find out how many calories I need each day according to the BMR equation.

Id like to know either my weekly activity level or my daily (like what my level is on lifting days and what on resting days) Thanks!
