Gonna try to nudge the weight up a little bit over the next few months on this - would be nice to push up to eight doubles at 315. If I’m handling that with ease then I oughta be able to comfortably double 405 on the back squat, which would be a nice weight to have mastery over.

Did a few conventional-stance pulls…I’d really like to bring these back in and split 50-50 between conventional stance and sumo stance. Don’t get me wrong, if sumo is the way I have to pull to preserve my back, I’ll do it, but I really miss conventional deadlifts. This little dipping-the-toe felt okay today…
