Active Recovery

Thibaudeau or anyone else,
I was just wondering what kind of results you are having using active recovery workouts. CW had a cool tip in increasing recovery rates 2 set of 25 at 30% of your 1RM of the same lifts you will be training with the next day as part of your regular heavy w.out. Have you used this principle and could you still use extended isometrics at the end of your regular w.out to help with recovery. Would you use the extended isometrics at the end of each exercise or could you do them at the end of the w.out. thanks
