Close Grip Bench Press- 185x5, 195x5, 205x5, 215x5, 225x1, 205x5, 205x5

Wide Grip Pull Ups, 5x5 with aditional weihts of 10, 30, 45, 45 and 55

Dips, 5x5 with added weihts of 70, 80, 90, 90 100

Bent Over Rows, 135x5, 155x5, 165x5 175x5 185x5

Tricep extensions, 3x8. 80, 90, 90

Lat pull down, 160x5, 170x5 180x5, 180x5, 190x5

thats all for yesterday. Today im hitting chest, and ill update later on.

Saturday 6/21/2008 Chest

Flat Bench press, 225x5, 235x5, 235x5, 245x4, 255x3, 265x2, 275x1

Shrugs, 275x5x5
