Dips, 5x5 with added weihts of 70, 80, 90, 90 100
Bent Over Rows, 135x5, 155x5, 165x5 175x5 185x5
Tricep extensions, 3x8. 80, 90, 90
Lat pull down, 160x5, 170x5 180x5, 180x5, 190x5
