I was reading in Powerlifting USA about BodyQuick, a new (not sure how new) acetylcholine supplement. It was really the first I've heard of taking acetylcholine to improve 1RM. I'm a football player who's relatively new to powerlifting (although I have been weight training for years). Any info and/or links to articles on acetylcholine and its effects would be appreciated..
Power Drive and Spike both work partly through acetylcholinergic pathways and both have increased my 1RM. A search under those names would be fruitful.
