I just bought some acetyl L-carnitine in powder form. To me it has a very similar smell to vinegar.
Anyone else think so, or might this just be a poor brand choice?
You’re damn accurate actually. I got the GNC brand, and it smells like white vinegar.
I take 500mg of the stuff with 200mg Alpha Lipoic Acid daily.
I read somewhere that this antioxidant/amino acid combo, like reservatrol, helps your cells from aging and can help extend your life.
