Acetyl L Carnitine Pre Workout While Bulking?


Hi everyone, i have 250gr of acetyl l carnitine and was wondering if it could help to take it as a pre workout for a boost during my bulk… currently im on 5/3/1 BBB and trying to gain as much size as possible. My question is because usually you use it during cutting phases so i have no idea if it would be beneficial during bulk…


I’m surprised you’re still breathing taking that much everyday. However it will have a very negligible effect on you bulking.


Not sure it’ll help much. I use it in my “cognitive cocktail” to get through long days at work any days after drinking… Works very well with caffeine. It’s fairly expensive so you could probably find another route and save some cash.
