Accumulation Phase of Omni-Contraction Program

Coach, the skeleton of the program stays the same for both the intensification and realization phases.

Example:
A. Squat
B. Flat bench
C. Chin-up

This is to be the layout for eccentric, isometric, and concentric emphasis days for the intensification and realization phases.

Should the preceding accumulation phase be the same or can the accumulation phase be different?

Example of different:

Eccentric day
A. Heels elevated squat
B. Overhead press
C. Chin-up

Isometric day
A. Split squat
B. Incline BB press
C. Bent over row - barbell

Concentric day
A. Squat
B. Flat bench
C. Chin-up

Should the accumulation day be the exact same skeleton as intensification and realization or should it include more variety?
