Ct or anyone that has read any of his books, I need a bit of help. In theory and application of modern strength and power methods ct outlines what methods he would use for certain training blocks. But the workouts in the book are 3x week full body workouts. Each workout focuses on one technique. Is it possible to manipulate it to a tradtional bodybuilding split workout? He does mention that trying to create the perfect routine with a little bit of everything would be a bad idea.
