Accidental Awesomeness

K, dudes last night I was hitting the bong with the crew, and we got some fierce munchies lol

but we forgot where our wallets were

so we raided my kitchen and I have no “munchie approved items” so we started mixing stuff

it was awesome

but I found something in my freezer that we mustve had left over

it tastes like ice cream

so i did some investigating. and found empty cottage cheese container, peaut butter( natty of course) and a protein scoop next to my blender

so i recreated those ingredients. froze the mixture

and the result was

chocolate peanut butter ice cream

exactly like Reese’s Cups

y’all should give this a go, for ure

what are the proportions?

Yo I put some orange crystal light in my nilla whey shake this morn and shit was bomb.
I am sure it is common but I don’t experiment to much.

Last night I tried 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop vanilla MD and 1 tbsp of almond butter, frozen. It was a little chunky, not smooth like ice cream, but it tastes pretty damn good. I imagine if I used chocolate instead of vanilla MD and used more cottage cheese or added a little milk to get it to a smooth consistency it would be awesome.

I cooked a steak with pinapple today.

Heat skillet to searing heat.

Slice or dice (either. Doing both would approach ninja-turtle level of awesomeness. I don’t know if I’m ready for that yet) pinapple and throw in a skillet.

Clear a space in the center. Throw in steak.

Wait until steak bleeds. Turn steak.

Put two moon-shaped pinapple slices over steak.

Wait 30-60 seconds.

Throw it all in a bowl and dig in.

Slicing steak is optional.

I used to be leery of combining meat and fruit. No more. Shit was the bomb, exploding on yet another asian city.

enhanced directions

I;ve been playing around with this for a lil bit since the original expiment

I tweaked it up a bit

here goes

put some oats in a blender and blend them alone pour them into a cup

rinse blender then pour cottage cheese in and blend it til its smooth

add oats

then add the protein ( im portant to sandwhich the powder in between the PB and Cheese so it doesnt explode all over the blender) if u have some, open up a few bcaa caps and pour them in

dont blend yet

add the PB then Blend it all up for a while, enough to thin it out

i used alot of PB so I had to put in some milk to help it smothen

then pour it in a bowl and freeze it

or if u cant wait to freeze it, have some frozen bananas ( peeled) on hand to thrown in the blender to give it an instant “ice cream” thickness

I used

1 cup of oats
2 scoops of Chocolate protein
BCAA’S
1 cup of PB
half cup of skim milk

  1. cups of Cottage cheese

This is definitely the best bedtime snack

completely fills your sweet tooth

i will be trying that, maybe with some lime juice?

I just pulled a batch outta the freezer from overnight:

1 cup cottage cheese
2 Tbls natty pb
2 scoops Metabolic Drive choc
~1/4 cup milk for consistency

its completely rock hard hahaha. I’m gonna thaw it in the fridge. rockula, how long have you been freezing yours for? I mean, it tastes delicious but its too hard to eat right now.

overnight like u’ve done

just add more PB to the mix next time

u wanna have the PB equal to the cheese

check out the “enhanced directions” a few posts up, i think i’ve perfected it
