On the deadlift days can I substitute Front squats for the 5 more sets of deadlifts? Or should I be making the Front squats the third accessory and keeping the extra deadlifts? after those is an accessory of GHRs counter productive?
FYI After the above I am doing a quick EMOM for 10min conditioning, nothing earth shattering, just a bar or up to 30kg of the bear complex.
I am in my 5th cycle, and not stalling on anything yet.
