Accessories for Triceps and Biceps?

Just some advice on the best accessories that have good carryover to the bench press and that will help increase my arm size. Thanks.

If you feel triceps are the weak link in your bench, use close grip bench as a main assistance movement + some bodybuilding fluff to pump them big enough to require their own area code.

As for biceps, chins with palms facing you and basically any kind of curls. I'm a huge fan of hammer and pinwheel curls as they also hit the brachialis.

dumbbell bench stuff has good carryover for size and added work. I used to lots of hammer curls with thick dumbbell , they make the forearms grow .
