Accentuated Eccentric Training

Right now Im currently testing out CW’s Singles Club workout with a bit of a twist at least when it comes to dips. I put on a comfortably heavy 115 lbs on my Ironmind dip belt and then cradle a 10 lb DB in between my calves. A quick jump up off the ground to get into dip posistion then I do the eccentirc portion, let go of the db when at parallel, then try to accelerate the wait up as fast as possible. Anyone else here tried out what Im doing atm?

BTW Current Max Wgthed Dips is
135 lbs (Long term goal - BW + BW on dip belt aka 230+ lbs)
