AC Luxation


My season started out just great. I fell this monday and hit my shoulder badly. My collar bone got dislocated and I tore a ligament. To make matters worse I've got a month until I am expected to start out a new job, in wich I need to be in perfect health.

My goal is to go apeshit on my rehab and to exceed all expectations concerning my rehab. I'll follow my physical therapist's advice and hope to recover without a problem.

Anybody here that has had the same ?


Problem is that ligaments take time to heal so even by doing the right exercises it takes time for the ligaments to repair and become “tight” again.
