Abs

I always read alot of posts about routines and whats the best set/rep scheme but what I havent seen (im fairly new) is any questions about abs. Is there any really solid routine that anyone would stick by or back up, besides nutrition?

Or for that matter could anyone point me in a direction of an article, if searched but really didnt find what I was lookng for.

Great article and thanks for the help. But can you or anynone clarify what he means as far as the super sets go? Do super sets A,B,C in one day or alternate between days? thanx

yhea simple just like he said or you wrote

as in dedicate a day to slaughter your abs and do all three super sets in that one session.

Or do one super set a day on three different days. so one day being the A exercises, another the B etc…
Pick your poison.
