Abs Abs Abs

I consider myself a fairly fit guy. I run 3+ miles almost every day and I lift about 3 times a week. The only thing I'm getting aggrivated about are my lower abs. Nearly my whole body is ripped for the exception of my lower abs. I can't get rid of the overhang fat that still sits there. If anybody knows any ab workout plans (that I don't know)or something else, let me know please!

well without more info not much can be said but lose more fat. You cant spot reduce it so you will just have to lose fat overall.

It's all in the diet.

Didn't we have this discussion twice in the past 2 or 3 weeks? I think it is a similar problem to love handles.

Possible problems:

Cortisol imbalance
Insulin insensitivity (resistance?)

Solutions:

HOT-ROX Extreme
Lower overall body fat
Glucophage (Metformin) -- Diabetes drug.

I hear tell lots of sex targets the abs quite well. Maybe you need to start having sex. Good cardio workout. Eat healthy and good luck.

Have you ever considered you may be pregnant?
