About to Start Guaranteed Muscle Mass - Pre-Flight Questions

Hi Coach,
About to get stuck into GMM and I have two questions.

  1. Do you advise a general warm up or just use the warm up sets in the exercises themselves? What is your general advise regarding the warm up?

  2. How long should the GMM workouts be taking as a rule of thumb?

  1. I have never done the whole 10 minutes on a treadmill thing. I just get right to my first movement and get to work on the warm ups.

  2. No more than an hour. Or you’re farting around.
