About Carb Cycling

I am a beginner in weight lifting and i would like to know if carb-cycling is a good strategy for me to loose weight and increase muscle. i am 6’4" 280lb, i found an article here about carb cycling and i would like to know what do i have to take for my pre and post-workout meals if i workout late before going to bed.

You would simply structure your carbs to be heaviest in the morning, and around your workout. I’m dieting at the moment, and even on my lower days, I still get my morning oatmeal, and preworkout finibars. The rest of the day though is mostly P + F meals.
