First pic is me at 16 and the other two are like right before I turned 18 in june… Thoughts? I know I need more delt development and I am bulking right now and they’re coming in. Also natural but you could probably tell.

What kind of numbers are you putting up in the bench, squat, deadlift, overhead press etc.

When I was in my senior year of high school and wasn’t cutting I had a 475 dead 235 bench and a 330 squat. I was using the Wendler strength program in my weights class twice a week and then hitting the gym at least four times. After that cut my bench was 215 dead was 425 and squat was 295 but I also had a back injury so I didn’t do much heavy stuff on my cut.
It just sickens me. Sickens me to the bloody core.
Although it sounds like OP knows how to squat, so I’m not sickened… Yet
