I am fairly new to bodybuilding, so please bear with my ignorance.
I just switched from EDT to ABBH, and I have a few questions.
I started with the second workout (thighs 5 x 10, Abs 5 x 10, Calves 5 x 10) since I did chest and back in my last workout. It just doesn’t feel like I had a workout compared to EDT.
Are my weights too low since I estimated my 1 rep maxes? Do I totally misunderstand the workout? Is it supposed to only take 20 to 25 minutes?
Again this was only my first workout with ABBH. Does it get harder? Or will I still get results even if it feels somewhat easy?
